Remington Park is a first-class horse racing and gaming facility. Owned by Global Gaming LLC, it is located in the heart of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In 2010, Global Gaming LLC entered into their second, five-year managed service contract with SVT. With this agreement SVT provides full-time, year round, live television broadcast capabilities. Furthermore, SVT provides a state-of-the-art, non-linear, high-definition editing suite.

Using up to eight digital HD Ikegami cameras and an HD-SDI production system, SVT is able to offer beautiful, clean, crisp video for the horse racing simulcast signal. The SVT fully-installed TV control room boasts a Ross Synergy series digital production switcher, a 48×48 computer controlled router, camera control units, two Chyron Duet character generators, as well as two Grass Valley M-series, touch screen controlled, digital video recorders.

Featuring the high-def version of Avid Final Cut Pro, the SVT non-linear edit suite is second to none. With Photoshop, Chyron, 3-D animation software and the Sony Digital HD Video Camera, SVT has helped Remington Park to produce many award-winning productions.

In addition, SVT provides the backbone of the surveillance system at Remington Park. Utilizing roughly six hundred terabytes of data storage capability, this NVR based system can record and store signals from over six hundred IP and/or analog cameras. The built in redundancy provides added insurance to avoid any loss of video. If an NVR happens to fail, the system will automatically re-route the stream to a back-up NVR.

In 2011, SVT proved their worth yet again by helping to integrate an operating system for the new 50 foot, “Super Screen” LED board installed in the Remington Park infield. SVT built a customized, production desktop unit, used for previewing and routing signals as well as recording and playback to the Super Screen.
